Healthy Lifestyles Group
The healthy lifestyles group has completed their Zumba classes and begun learning yoga. They have learned to make many healthy lifestyle choices over the past several months. They include, exercising at least 30 minutes a day, drinking 5 glasses of water a day, and the importance of eating from all five food groups especially fruits and vegetables. They are all working very hard to make good choices and live their best, healthiest lifestyle.
