The medical director leads the team in developing an individualized treatment program designed to help achieve optimal independence and to prevent further decline in function. The medical director will seek consultation from the following disciplines depending on diagnosis and evaluation.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy services enable individuals to restore and/or achieve optimal movement and function and to relieve pain. Through evaluation and treatment programs, the physical therapist can treat persons with a variety of ailments and conditions.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy services enable individuals to achieve independence in their lives despite their disabilities. The Occupational Therapist facilitates, promotes, maintains and enhances performance in activities of daily living skills regardless of physical, developmental, social and emotional challenges.

Speech Therapy, Language Pathology, and Swallowing Management

These services enable individuals to maximize functional speech, language, cognition and swallowing skills.

Restorative Services in House

Restorative Services are provided based on the recommendations made by Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies. Communication Supports are offered as well to help the individual to reach their fullest potential.
