Staff Council Speaks

Sandy Parks staff council has voted and come up with its official name. They will be call Sandy Parks Positive Squad or SPPS for short. SPPS goal for 2019 is to promote positivity in the workplace. We will be promoting fun and inclusive activities throughout the year to encourage teamwork, workplace pride, and a positive environment. We will be raising money for fun activities that will benefit everyone that works for Sandy Park. Our first event of 2019 will be a Yard Sale, Car Wash, and Hot Dog lunch. We have started an Inspirational Board by the time clock for those who may need some positive words or for shout outs to staff who may have something that they are proud of that they would like to share. There will also be special incentives for staff that show up to work every day as scheduled or staff that refer a new employee to Sandy Park and that new staff becomes another part of the SPDC family. Sandy Parks Positive Squad is looking forward to a positive and productive 2019!
